He was a poetic song writer. Hallelujah was something special

i am sad that he's gone. his songs kept me company through a lot of my life.

Ah. The sound of my youth.

My clinically depressed flat mate in college used to play "like a bird on a wire" incessantly at the Crack of dawn. It took me a while to learn to love him after that.

Haha. In the '80's we'd go to my uncle's house and he would play this LC concert video. It was probably like twice, but to my unappreciative 10 year old ears, it seemed like constantly and incessantly. Once I hit college age I started to appreciate him more.
