Thunder and Lightning and Snow... Oh my...

It was 51 degrees at noon today. The wind was insane. By 5pm, it was snowing sideways and 32 degrees. Now it's 24 degrees, thundering and lightning, blizzarding.

My gas grill has committed suicide by throwing itself off the deck and hanging itself with it's propane hose (attached to the big tank. That was a moment of panic that involved me having to launch myself at the deck into a snow drift, then hold up the remains of the grill while DH disconnected it from the deck end.)

I have snow blowing under my bedroom French doors.

We still have power, but apparently we are special, most of the rest of the county is out.

Holy Crap. Spring, please?!

Wowza! We have gotten almost no winter here in Tennessee. Perhaps 5 days total with highs under 35 F. The fire ants are alive and well.

I think I speak for all of us in western Washington when I say this weather (rain then snow then sleet then wind then sun then snow then wind then sleet then snow then it's dark out and you can't see what's hitting the roof now???) can kiss our collective @sses.
