Trailer Tires?

I need to buy a spare tire for my trailer. It didn't have one when I bought it. I know it is a "5 on 4 1/2" rim, but what size tires go on it? Are all trailers different? I'm not at home, or I'd just run out and look at them. TIA!

Does the rim match the rims on the trailer itself?

If it is a spare, it probably should be the same size and load rating as the actual trailer tires... I'd start there

Perhaps TMI, but this is how tires are described:

Easiest thing is to match the codes on the current tires and buy a rim that is the same as those installed.
