Dreaming about an ex-friend

I was BFFs with someone for many years. About 5 years our friendship started falling apart and about 3 years ago we stopped talking to each other. No arguments, we just went our separate ways. It hurt me a lot, but now I realize that it was a fairly bad relationship and I'm better off.

However, I occasionally dream about her. In the dream we reunite and I find out that she has a serious boyfriend, lots of interests, and is very happy. That all takes me by surprise but I'm o.k. with it. Then I wake up.

I've had this dream about 5 times. If anyone thinks dreams actually mean something, how would you interpret this?

I think it means you're okay with the way the friendship went. In your dreams you wish her well and you've let it go.
