My stomach hurts

I woke up in the middle of the night feeling like I had to vomit. I didn't eat anything weird yesterday and have no overwhelming stress. I feel better now that I am up, but my stomach still aches. Maybe I'm colicky. Think I'll just stay home today.

Are you better?

I don't want to scare you but that sudden onset of nausea can be a sign of a heart attack in women. Women tend not to always get the classic chest pain.

I certainly hope that isn't the case and you are on the mend but something to think about...an act on if you aren't sure.

I felt much better during the day on Sunday. I've had periodically for decades. My stomach aches. I've always said it's colic. I'm sure my diet is to blame. I've been eating a lot of junk lately and the weather is hot and humid which always does me in.

I hate the hot weather too. It just drains me although I haven't noticed a decrease in my appetite and ice cream is so cooool .
