Did you see that there was a twitter feed mourning the loss of him ? Because they thought it was Marilyn Manson. Kids these days!

What has always scalded me is why they let him live!?
Why did our tax dollars take care of him all these years?
That money could have been spent on doing good for someone or something and we wasted it on a murderer.

There have been studies that have shown that death by execution is much more expensive than life in prison. I think the majority of the costs are associated with significantly higher legal fees wrt those cases.
