Like him, dislike him, never heard of him--regardless of where you stand, for some of us "gray-hairs", he was a part of the music we grew up with:

I am sad about this. I crushed on Bobby Sherman, but David was cute and I watched The Partridge Family every Friday night.

I just heard about Malcom Young, guitar player for AC/DC. Only 64. We're losing too many too young.
