One day you'll just realize you had a good hour. One day it'll be a whole day. Perhaps then, a week. No statute of limitations, sad to say, but gradually, like dawn, things will get lighter.

It's been 4 months since you posted - how are you feeling now?

I have been hospitalized since february - its been a bumpy ride. Things are starting to look up though. love to you all

I'm very glad to see you hear. I kept checking this thread hoping you were watching it and lurking if not writing. Make your peace with the past. Stay strong and become the person you want to be. You are a person we all want to know.

I am very relieved to hear you are getting the help you need. When you started this thread I felt like you were in an emergency situation. There is no reason to suffer when there is help.

Treatments can be so successful if you access them and work at it.

I think you will be a star at recovery, Linden.

Adding my voice of support, like others here, I've often thought of you and hoped you were getting on OK.

thank you very much everyone. Without going into too much detail, I was initially admitted in february, discharged at the beginning of april and then readmitted 4 hours later through the ER and then the ICU where I spent nearly a month in a coma and then recovery. I will be in hospital for another month or so. I am feeling quite a bit better. Having reached out to you guys here feels good. XO

Well you made it through all that so you must have something going for you. The key is staying in treatment. Treatments are available and new ones are being researched.
