"The Rider"

Here's another one. Listening to Terry Gross and "Fresh Air" interview him and the writer/director. Sounds like there's a horrible scene with barbed wire....

Cool trailers, but I've become such a boob about movies that I managed to get teary-eyed at The Greatest Showman last night; so I don't think I could watch The Rider without bawling.

This looks very intense. I think I might like it more if horses were not involved! But thanks for the heads up, Tarlo.

I've forewarned my husband that he has two horse movies in his future. Actually, he admitted to liking Buck and Dark Horse. I can't blame him for not liking War Horse, and he's forgiven me for dragging him out to see it that one Christmas. There's a double-standard here, because I skip out on most of the action and horror movies he likes to go see.
Keep calm and canter on.
