My pants fit

Postby PaulaO » Thu Apr 12, 2018 2:39 pm

I'm on a journey with Weight Watchers for THE LAST TIME. I'm in no hurry and am happy to lose slowly, like .5-1 pounds per week. I've lost about 6 pounds and am happy to report that my previously snug pants that didn't zip are not not snug and easily zip. I'm very pleased with myself. :)

Woohoo! I have been diligently spin cycling for the last 2+ months. I am smaller, although not much lighter. I appreciate your inspiration!

Nice work! It makes it easier when you see a progression. Although I was sad when I had to chuck out a heap of breeches that got way too big. I thought I'd be pleased but it was actually really annoying.

I haven't bought clothes in larger sizes, so my goal is to fit into what I already have!

Great job! After a 30 pound weight creep over the past two years, I signed up for Weight Watchers in January. I really like the program now! I'd done it about ten years ago and felt like there was too much emphasis on fake sugar and fakey "fat free" foods back then. Now they really emphasize fruits, veggies, beans, and meats, and whole foods, which is a good fit for me. I've lost 13 pounds, nice and steady. I like their app a lot and it's easy to use, but I am not a good "tracker" and I constantly fall off that wagon. I've decided to just be gentle with myself about it, I feel like I've got a handle on food choices and portions and I just track when my weight loss slows and I need to get my focus back. It feels SO GOOD to fit into my pants again!

Good for you. I have gained 15 lbs over the last year. My clothes are literally on the edge. A few more ounces and they won't fit. Must get busy. I will look into their new program.
