Oh my he is gorgeous and would fit me perfect at 5'2". What a heart break to sell this guy as he only had one owner his whole life. I know couldn't let him go - why I could never be a breeder.

Ok! I take another.... Nice horse! I wonder how many offers they will get at the 40k price point?

He's very cute but I don't see I1 do you? His head swings back and forth too, which is troubling to me. I don't see 40K worth of horse.

Scores to the low 60s at I-1... that's not anything to sneeze at. I suspect he takes a pretty correct ride to get a great score, but that's probably why he's $40k and not $140k.

What more would he need to show you for him to be an I1 horse? His head swings??
40k is a big bargain for an I1 horse. I believe the reason he is only 40k is because he is small. There really isn't that much a market (imo) for a horse that size. And really, having spots (I know you guys love them) also does not add value (imo).
I don't believe the rider is 5'6". I am 5'6" and I look big on my 16h horse.

I agree it is size but I don't agree it has anything to do with color. I like the little guy quite a bit. He looks like a fun horse to work with.

A better and more consistent level of thoroughness. He is not in front of the saddle in quite a bit of the work. Walk? He may be a bit conformationally challenged though, looks to be a bit long in the loin, cute as a button though. And $40K may be a reasonable place to start.
He doesn't look like he misses too many meals, he may take up a lot of leg.

He reminds me a bit of my first upper level horse, his limiting value is how he is being ridden, which would have been true for my horse too. , you would either have to ride him as he us, or go way back to fix a lot.
Still a bargain for a youth rider or small adult wanting to explore the early FEI levels

He needs to lift the thorasic sling but once he got to that his shoulder would come up. I prefer the nose to be more out and not squashed next to the chest.
I need to raise the price of my horse, it seems
