Sound good! She really sounds like a fantastic mare for someone.

And a fantastic horse (bay? gelding? maybe :-) ) will be out there for you, KathyK. You know we are pulling for you.

Kathy - I'm sorry things didn't work out with your mare, but glad you are able to move her on so quickly. I'd be inclined to just give her the PPE, and not worry about what she is going to do with it. She owns the horse, and the PPE is of zero value to you now regardless of how much it cost. Sure, she could use the radiographs as a selling point if that's her real intent, or she might just want them as baseline information.

I hope you're able to find the right fit in both horse and trainer soon!
Keep calm and canter on.

I agree. She shouldn't ask for the PPE, she isn't entitled to it, but give it to her. Since you're not going to be staying with her (Yay!) her pushiness and lack of respect won't be your problem, so you don't have to worry about what precedent you're setting in your relationship with her.

The PPE has NO value to you. Don't think twice about giving it to her. Continue to be grateful for a good home for the mare and a good future if she learns to settle down and become more rideable.
