Metro (DC) PD is seeking name input on their newest horse

"The Metropolitan Police Department's Horse Mounted Unit now has 2,000 pounds of extra reinforcement on their squad.

They have recently welcomed an 8-year-old Clydesdale Gelding and they need your help naming him!

You can choose from Atlas, Thor, Titan, Hercules, or the name he came with — Willy."

I’m going to vote unofficially for none of those names. I dislike naming an animal after their physical attributes.

I voted for Willy, because I think animals know their names, and I hope it isnt considered physical attribute.

I voted for Willy too. I've got a soft spot for geldings named Willy ... although, my guy had a habit of airing himself

(I also really like Joe Schmo names for horses!)
