Twitter--who to follow?

I just signed up for a Twitter account so I could follow the Jeopardy! Tournament of Champions. Who else should I follow?

Your local fire and police dept. if they do updates. Ventura Fire does and its great. Sheriff's do for road closures and such.

I picked all my favourite politicians to follow and then gave up on twitter. Its too much effort to follow
