Jingles/fingers crossed/etc.

Postby piedmontfields » Fri Nov 20, 2015 8:12 pm

Ugh. Emi came up odddly lame yesterday. Not looking at all like the usual abscess (we are way too experienced in that matter).

Vet will be out later today. Cross your fingers and send some jingles if you will...I need to promise my lovely mare that I will *never sign up for a clinic again* if she will just stay healthy!!!!

Thanks all. She was much improved when I showed up for her vet appointment, and voila, vet confirmed it is but an abscess. Oh well, we didn't make it a full year abscess free. I was freaking out because she had specific swelling over her 1+ year old splint fracture and her usual broken leg routine was a bit off for it to be an abscess.

Makes me what to say oy vey iz *mare*!
