I very briefly took Gil to meet Phoenix a couple days ago. We finally had a warmer day, so we snuck out for a bit. It was so good to see her, I hadn’t been out since the end of November since I couldn’t risk getting sick (multiple people at the barn have had COVID)
She looks great and seems to be enjoying her time off.
Gilbert definitely gave her a little side glare. She was super curious about him and wanted to sniff him and his blanket.
Little do they both know, I’m desperately hoping and planning for them to become besties

Re: Took Gilbert to meet Phoenix
Gilbert is definitely giving the side eye in the first two, but in the third he looks like he’s enjoying himself. Perhaps he will need his own pony....
