The new Cookbook forum

The new Cookbook forum is now live. If you have a recipe you want to share, put it in the recipe forum. It will (after about 1 minute) be shared to the observation lounge for discussion. If you edit the recipe, you will need to edit it in both forums however as once it is duplicated the two are not connected at all. Same with deletion etc.

This was done at the database level so some unanticipated consequences may occur. It is working fine in the development environment but you just never know! I hope you guys like it.
