horse helping cancer patients

Postby Anne » Sat Mar 13, 2021 4:01 am

I thought this was a very lovely news story, about an ex-dressage horse bringing comfort to cancer patients. By his looks I'm guessing he's PRE or Lusitano, but whatever, just a gorgeous boy. Horses are amazing, but then, we knew that didn't we? :-)

My friend sent me the link. I got pretty misty eyed reading it.

He has an IG page that I follow. Just love the work they’re doing doing with him for cancer patients! <3

A friend sent me this - it is so touching.

My horse would absolutely do this and do it well if we allowed him to - he is so intelligent he would understand what was going on.

Horses are amazing.

I have often thought that MM would do well as a therapy horse too, Kelo. Some horses are just very aware and seem to really get things we cannot explain to them.
