More changes for DDBB.

Right now, if you go to definitelydressage.com you will come to our new index page. From there, you will have to click the Forums link. Alternatively, just update your bookmark to definitelydressage.com/index.php

By adding this page, I can add stuff for Search Engine Optimization so that NEW people can find us. Sorry to those people who can't handle change.
