which non-stretch stirrup leathers nylon covered are the best?
I'm looking to replace my leather covered nylon stirrup leathers. I love that they did not stretch out like previous stirrup leathers. The leather is now peeling but they are still usable just ugly. They are normal width about 1 1/2 wide like traditional leathers. I had seen seen some Prestige leathers but they were very narrow leathers which I did not care for. I wish I knew what brand my old ones were - any suggestions?

I like Bates leathers.

I have some Passier lined leathers with holes every 1/2 inch. They have been very nice.

I second the Passier. They are $80 brand new and totally worth it. I had my stirrups off my saddle today (lunging a naughty one) and
I checked them for stretching when I put them back on. After at least 4 years, they are still perfect.

Love the "webber" type. I have a pair of Bates and a pair of Prestige. Both lovely.
