Measuring for bridle

Postby PaulaO » Mon Oct 09, 2017 6:43 pm

I will most likely be getting Miss A. new bridle sooner rather than later. She is currently wearing a cob size and everything is on the last or second to the last holes, which tells me it's too big. I have printed the info from Bobby's tack on their measurements, but wondering if there is a "guide to measuring your horse's head."

"Just bridles" had a nice chart on how to measure your horse for a bridle.

Thanks Silverado, that's just what I need. Measured Miss A. last night. Now to find a black bridle with a French noseband (i.e., no flash) cob size that won't break the bank. About $200 budget.
