It's time to buy some new halters…..what places do you all recommend…. I need at least 4 (I prefer leather) and looking for reasonably priced halters. These would be for everyday, not show time halters.
Suggestions please!
Thanks!

Re: Places to buy halters
Do you want Leather because it looks nice or because it is breakable?
I love these halters. They are so comfortable and the leather break-a-way strap is replaceable.

Both…….I love the look of leather and it is breakable. The SStack halters do look nice and I do like the break-a-way strap.

I really love Quillins. I believe they will last forever.

Thanks, I was trying to think of Quillins!!
Re: Places to buy halters
If you are looking at the Quillins price range, also look at Perri's and Tack Shack of Ocala (which is rumored to make Walsh halters - from the quality, i can believe it)

Thanks Snork, I will check out Perri's and Tack Shack of Ocala.

I get all of mine from Big D's Tack store. All leather and inexpensive.

I recently bought a halter from the Tack Shack and can vouch for the quality.

QuIllins, hands down. Nicest halters around and price is pretty darned good. You can get one for 60-65$.
