I really like these browbands but I'm having a hard time choosing just one.

Re: Opinions on browbands
I like the one he is wearing. However, I'm a fan of plain tack (George Morris would be proud).
Re: Opinions on browbands
I agree with Paula. They all seem too 'blingy' to me!

Thanks for your input!

Re: Opinions on browbands
I voted for the first one, but I'd probably go with a little color on him - emerald or sapphire.
I've spent plenty of time drooling over those browbands.

Re: Opinions on browbands
I'm another 'plain' person.
Re: Opinions on browbands
I agree with the others
the all rhinestone browbands , on a sunny day, can really be distracting from "C"
I like blinged browbands that use stone beads rather than crystal. That way you can have a bit of pretty without coming off as Liberace

Re: Opinions on browbands
I prefer the one he is wearing, my grey mare has a similar one.

Re: Opinions on browbands
Of all the places in the world to introduce 'bling', horses seems like one of the least likely. It's kind of like white breeches (which, yes, I know are an approved garb). They just seem such an unlikely pairing.
Re: Opinions on browbands
In my opinion all the bling gets lost on his/her lovely gray head. The bling (if any) needs to be set off by something dark closest to his face. That is why I like what he/she is wearing in the photo.

I like it too - I had it custom made for him, in fact. However, I feel like there is too much leather, making it look heavy on his face.
Re: Opinions on browbands
I voted none of the above. I am a non-bling person, but I do agree with StraightForward - on a grey, I think you need colored bling, not clear/crystal bling.

Re: Opinions on browbands
I like the color of the one he is wearing, but agree, the leather is heavy and prominent, and a tiny bit clunky

Re: Opinions on browbands
I don't think the leather on the browband is heavy. The nose band however, is very thick and large. Add in the flash and it's overpowering.
Re: Opinions on browbands
I will consider the bridle as a whole, as I agree that it could be more refined.
I don't particularly like jewel tones, so I rarely look at ruby, emerald, etc. I generally like him in more subtle colors better - grey saddle pad instead of black or navy, for example.
I like this Montana blue color, but I'm not sure it has the color effect some of you are suggesting.

Re: Opinions on browbands
I think the blue is really pretty--would lighten the whole face up.
Re: Opinions on browbands
I tend to like colored stones as well. It is getting to be way too much to choose from these days! I have a quick change brow band so I can change it up if I want to.
Re: Opinions on browbands
A friend had a black bridle with medium blue padding and it looked stunning on her gray. It would have looked awesome with the blue browband you linked. If you are rethinking the bridle, consider lighter padding on the noseband as well as one of those awesome browbands. It made the black leather part appear more refined looking.
Re: Opinions on browbands
I like the one he has, honestly. I think the other ones are too much.

I like the first one posted.
Coming over from the English world and shooting barrel races, the bling has grown on me and I find that I like it now. I used to be a purist! lol

i used to be a purist too, but now i quite like seeing other horses in their tasteful bling
Re: Opinions on browbands
I love the bling! I reckon I need that first one for my horse
Re: Opinions on browbands
It's interesting to read the mixed responses. I will post photos once they arrive! (Yes, they, as in multiple. )
Re: Opinions on browbands
Oooh I cant wait to see! My friend has awesome bling on her grey (white) horse.
I looked at the website and couldn't decide what I wanted lol.

Please post a review when they arrive (and pics with your lovely model of course!). I've been considering ordering from that company, so I'd love to know how the quality and customer service is.
Keep calm and canter on.

Re: Opinions on browbands
If one chooses to go the bling browband way, it's like saddlepads. You can't have just one!

This. I don't like a lot of bling, I find it distracting.

In my defense, they are quite inexpensive compared to my other browbands. And I saved on shipping!

Re: Opinions on browbands
I'm defending your choice to have multiples! One must. And saving on shipping makes it all the better.
Re: Opinions on browbands
They shipped today! How long will it take for them to get from the UK to Switzerland?

Hopefully not long!! I wanna see I wanna see
Re: Opinions on browbands
I think he is beautiful and will look stunning in all the choices. I like the brow band he's wearing in the picture.
Re: Opinions on browbands
I like the one he's wearing best but I like #1 so I hope you got that one. Can't wait to see pics!
Re: Opinions on browbands
I'm glad everyone likes the browband he is wearing so much!

Re: Opinions on browbands
I voted #1. I don't blame you for having trouble picking one!
Re: Opinions on browbands
So my idea to "save on shipping" completely backfired! Because the value is over 60 CHF, customs duties and fees of 59.35 CHF were assessed.

Re: Opinions on browbands *update with pics*
It's lovely! Must see it on the horse though!!
Re: Opinions on browbands *update with pics*
I also got the one from the survey that NO ONE voted for, even me! This was my +1. I was intrigued by it for some reason.

I know, again sorry. I myself won't get to see them on him until I get home next Friday.
I was actually surprised they came so quickly. One week from order to arrival, when the estimate was 2-3. The customer service at this place is really great.

Well I would have voted for #3 but you had already ordered by the time I got around to it. I very much like that one.
Can't wait to see them modeled your handsome boy.
