Replacing moldy bathtub caulk
This needs to be done in my bath. How hard is it? I’ve watched a few YouTube videos and figure I can handle it, but I’m not a patient person and not good with fiddly things. Is this a weekend project, or something that can be done in a few hours?

Re: Replacing moldy bathtub caulk
Do you have another shower you can use? The long part of this is first letting the shower dry completely, and then letting the caulk cure completely. I normally plan on 24 hours of not using that bathroom.
Other than that, no, it's not terribly complicated.

It's not difficult.
But when you go to Home Depot, just remember not to stand in the middle of the aisle and ask loudly "where can I find some caulk?" (or maybe do, I dunno).

Keep calm and canter on.

Re: Replacing moldy bathtub caulk
I've decided to let someone else do it. I'd rather pay than do it myself! I belong to a health club so I can shower there if the caulk needs to cure.
Re: Replacing moldy bathtub caulk
Installation of a shower at my rental required 24 hours for the glues and adhesives to set/cure/dry before the shower was used. The person you pay to do this for you ought to tell you how long you need to go without your tub.
